The contact form

When you fill out the contact form on this website, your name and email address will be collected and stored in my email client. I will use your email address to reply to your enquiry. It will not be used to sell on to third parties or spam you with unnecessary emails. If your enquiry results in you becoming a client your details will be held in the company address book. If your enquiry does not lead to you becoming a client then your details will be archived for up to 1 year.

Contact form validation

To prevent spam bots having a field day with the contact form I use Google reCAPTCHA to put a spanner in their works. This will process data gathered in accordance with the Google Cloud Data Processing Addendum.  

Client hosting access

I am not a hosting company and all client hosting is under the control of my clients. However I do access the hosting of my clients, with their permission, in order to provide website services. All the access details for this are stored in NordPass behind a secure password. You can read their privacy policy on the NordPass privacy policy page. Client access information will never be passed onto a third party unless the client makes a explicit request to do so.

Business cards and networking

Occasionally I attend networking events and if I have met you there and you gave me a business card then I will keep that business card for an indefinite amount of time. I will use the information on the business card to contact you when the need arises. I will never use that information to subscribe you to a newsletter without seeking your consent first. I will never sell your information to a third party. If I meet someone who might be an interesting person for you to know/meet I will ask your permission first before passing your details to this person.

Google Analytics

This website contains a Google Analytics tracker to better understand how visitors use this website and to improve the content and experience. In order to do so, Google Analytics uses cookies. These track anonymous user behaviour and store no sensitive or personally identifiable information. The data Google Analytics collects is set to be retained for 14 months (the shortest amount of time Google allows this retention period to be) and will be deleted automatically after that. You can read their privacy policy on the Google Privacy Policy page. If you would like to opt out of cookies then you can block them being stored on your computer through the settings on your browser. This will block cookies on every site you visit.
